Tessa just opened up a new coffee shop. Read one of the customer reviews she received online.

I visited this new coffee shop that opened recently in my neighborhood, and I want to share my experience. The atmosphere was delightful. It had such a cozy vibe, comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. The staff was friendly and greeted me with a big smile as soon as I walked in. The coffee was excellent, rich in flavor and perfectly brewed. However, the wait time was longer than I expected. It took almost 20 minutes for my coffee to be ready, which seemed excessive since there were only a few customers in the shop. The pastries I ordered were so disappointing. They looked delicious, but they were so dry and a bit too expensive in my opinion.
