Twee Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions

This Twee Ambassador Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is hereby entered into between Twee AI LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, with its principal place of business located at 221 W Hallandale Beach Blvd STE 310, Hallandale BCH, FL 33009 (“Twee”), and the individual or entity who submits the ambassador application form (“Ambassador”), participating in Twee’s Ambassador program.

1. Ambassador Responsibilities

1.2. Ambassador agrees to promote Twee’s products/services freely and positively. This authorization includes any general promotional activities carried out by the Ambassador, provided that they adhere to the guidelines established by Twee. 

1.3. Ambassador shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as Twee’s brand guidelines and marketing policies.

1.4. Ambassador shall not engage in any illegal, deceptive, or unethical practices in promoting Twee’s products/services.

1.5 Ambassador is hereby granted permission to utilize the designated promo code, which will be communicated to him/her through email or other means. Ambassador acknowledges and agrees that the promo code is intended for his/her exclusive use only. Each instance of promo code utilization shall entitle the Ambassador to receive a commission, as outlined below:

2. Commission Structure

2.1. Twee shall pay Ambassador commissions of $9 for a monthly plan and $18 for a yearly plan based on referrals that result in qualifying purchases.

2.2. In addition to the commission terms outlined above, referral cookies tracking user activity for commission eligibility shall expire after 90 days from the initial referral date. Should a referred user not complete a qualifying purchase within this timeframe, no commission shall be payable to the Ambassador for that referral.

2.3. Commissions shall be payable on a net 30 basis, subject to a minimum payment threshold of $50.

2.4 Any user who utilizes the ambassador’s unique promo code to purchase a monthly or yearly plan shall be entitled to a discount of 20% off the regular price of such plan, subject to the terms and conditions herein.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Ambassador is responsible for providing accurate payment information to Twee.

3.2. Twee reserves the right to withhold payment or adjust commission amounts for returns, chargebacks, or fraudulent activities.

3.3. Payment shall be made via direct bank transfer on the third week of each month. Please be aware that the use of third-party payment platforms may incur additional service charges or transaction fees, for which the affiliate will be solely responsible.

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1. Ambassador shall not engage in spamming, trademark infringement, deceptive advertising, or any other prohibited activities as determined by Twee.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. Ambassador acknowledges that Twee retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, and marketing materials.

5.2. Ambassador is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Twee’s marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Twee’s products/services.

6. Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice to the other party.

6.2. The promo code shall remain valid for a period of one (1) year commencing from the date of execution of this agreement. Consequently, this Ambassador Agreement shall terminate automatically upon the expiry of the promo code one (1) year from the date of execution, and such termination shall not be subject to prior notice.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. Ambassador agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed by Twee and not to disclose such information to third parties without Twee’s prior written consent.

8. Indemnification

8.1. Ambassador agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Twee from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Ambassador’s actions or representations under this Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

9.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in the United States of America, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
