ToolsWarm-Up Discussion Questions Before Listening

How to Use the Warm-Up Discussion Questions Tool

01

Add Audio or Video

To create warm-up discussion questions before a listening activity using Twee, start by uploading a video or audio file from your device, or paste a link from YouTube or Vimeo. If needed, you can trim the video to select only a specific portion for students to watch.

02

Select a Level & Language

Next, choose the student level that best fits your class. You can choose from CEFR levels, a grade, or an age group. Finally, select the language of the video or audio file. You can either set it manually or leave "Detect automatically" to let Twee do the work for you.

03

Generate the Questions

Once everything is set, click "Do the magic!", and Twee will generate a set of warm-up discussion questions to help your students think about the topic before they listen.

04

Get Your Students Talking

With everything ready, you’ll have an engaging set of pre-listening questions to spark conversation and prepare your students for the listening task.
