1. We use "will" to talk about things we believe will happen in the future. It's often used for promises or decisions made at the moment of speaking. - Example: "I will go to the park tomorrow." 2. We use "going to" to talk about plans or intentions we have already decided on before now. It's also used when we see something that is about to happen.
